As of June 2, 2023, average national home equity loan rates are:

  • Average overall rate: 8.22%
  • 10-year fixed home equity loan: 8.33%
  • 15-year fixed home equity loan: 8.26%

The average HELOC rate nationwide is 8.30% as of June 2, 2023.
